The logo visually represents the figure 100.The drawings within it vividly describe the "culture of Durg". The number 1 is represented by the map of District Durg. Inside we find depictions of, the religious diversity ; yet Unity . The engineering prowess and the agricultural prosperity of Durg. Within the " two zeros ", we find reflections of the achievements Durg has made in the field of sports and education . On the whole , the logo is aimed at representing not only the glorious past of the district , but the aspirations of the citizens of district Durg , for a more prosperous and bright tomorrow . The logo for the centenary year celebrations has been developed by Mr. Nelson, a resident of Durg.
